Non-Return Policy for Luxury Items:

Final Sale: All sales of luxury items on Luxe Buyers' Club are final. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, except as expressly stated in this policy. Returns are only accepted under circumstances outlined in our General Terms & Conditions.
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dislike of the item upon receipt.
Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of all luxury items sold on our platform. Each item is meticulously authenticated by our experts, by our suppliers and partners as well as run through our AI software. Each item’s record is kept on file and matches the authenticity card you will find inside your package. Please keep the card safe as it contains a unique reference number linked to our records. Product Descriptions: We aim to provide informative descriptions of all items sold on our platform as well as photographs without excessive studio light, and specifications for each item. Buying vintage means you are buying an item that has led a previous life (we love that!), so minor flaws are normal. We aim to only source items in condition we deem good or excellent and reflect this in our condition grade. We always encourage that you review the details of your item of choice thoroughly before making a purchase or reach out to us instantly using the Live chat if you have further questions.
Luxe Packaging: We put a lot of care and effort into packaging and shipping your luxury items to ensure they reach you in pristine condition and are part of your Luxe experience. Our sustainability promise extends into this area of our business as we use sustainable materials in packing and work with our shipping partners to optimise transit routes. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged parcel, please notify us immediately along with supporting photographs. We will assess the situation and work towards adequate resolution on a case by case basis. If you have received a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at support@luxebuyersclub.com or via the Live Chat box on this page within 24 hours of receiving your order.
