Welcome to Luxe Buyers’ Club, a brand operated by Jade Trading LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Luxe Buyers’ Club website (the "Site") and the services offered throughout the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions.

All content, materials, and features available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of LBC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LBC immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order through the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method provided in connection with the transaction. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors Stripe and Paypal.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and handling fees, as well as applicable taxes on these, will be added to your order total at checkout. We aim to provide competitive shipping rates by working with our shipping partners. Shipping options and delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process depending on the country you have selected. Insurance of the goods will always be covered by us.

At Luxe Buyers' Club, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dislike of the item upon receipt.

At our sole discretion, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  1. You received a damaged luxury item. Please notify us immediately along with supporting photographs. We will assess the situation and suggest an appropriate resolution.

  2. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags and original packaging included, within 4 days of delivery.

  3. Under the above-stated circumstances,If you receive a damaged luxury item, please notify us immediately along with supporting photographs. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a voucher or resale of bag, at our sole discretion. you must obtain a return authorisation from our customer service team. Unsolicited returns are not authorised returns and will not be accepted as a means of obtaining a refund or credit.

  4. Next steps: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund may be offered to you which will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. 

Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs and insurance of the goods being shipped back to us are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Liability for Missing Packages

Luxe Buyers' Club takes every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase and due to the value of the items we sell, insurance is always added and covered by us for the true value of the goods. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Luxe Buyers' Club is no longer liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. In the event of a missing package, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Any compensation for missing packages will be subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping carrier.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LBC or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

LBC reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
